These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shai Keecheen website and services, including online ordering, delivery, pickup, and catering (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are
“Shai Keecheen,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Shai Keecheen (Maryland, USA). “You” refers to the customer using the Services.
2) Using Our Services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to:
- attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or misuse ordering/payment systems
- provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- abuse staff or drivers
We may refuse service or restrict access if misuse is suspected.
3) Orders, Acceptance, and Availability
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order due to availability, capacity, delivery feasibility, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
- Menu items, portions, and availability may change without notice.
- If a substitution is needed, we may contact you. If we cannot reach you, we may substitute with an item of similar value or cancel the affected item and refund/credit it (at our discretion).
4) Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes and applicable fees are added at checkout.
- Delivery fees (when selected) are shown before payment.
- Promotions and discounts may be limited, expire, or have conditions.
5) Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes. You authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout.
6) Pickup Terms
- Pickup times are estimates. Please arrive within the pickup window.
- Once the order is handed off, food quality is your responsibility (temperature and handling).
7) Delivery Coverage (Maryland-wide) and Interstate Catering
Maryland Delivery
- Shai Keecheen offers delivery across Maryland, subject to availability, distance, time windows, and order size.
- For longer distances, delivery may be scheduled (not immediate), and may require a minimum order amount.
Inter-state Catering
- We offer catering beyond Maryland (inter-state) with advance booking, subject to scheduling and logistics.
- Inter-state catering typically requires custom quoting, deposits, and agreed delivery/arrival windows.
We reserve the right to determine whether a delivery/catering request can be fulfilled based on food safety, timing, staffing, and distance.
8) Delivery Requirements (Customer Responsibilities)
You must provide:
- accurate delivery address, unit/suite number, gate code, and reachable phone number
- clear delivery instructions (parking/access details)
If you provide incorrect details or are unreachable at delivery time, the order may be deemed undeliverable (see Delivery & Refund Policy).
9) Contactless Delivery (If Offered)
If you select contactless delivery, you authorize us to leave the order at your designated safe location. Once delivered to that location, the order is considered completed.
10) Catering Orders (Important Terms)
For catering (in-state or inter-state), you agree to:
- place orders with sufficient lead time: [insert lead time, e.g., 48–72 hours+]
- confirm guest count, menu, spice level preferences, and delivery details by the agreed deadline
- pay required deposits and balances by due dates
Common catering payment structure (customize):

11) Cancellations and Changes
Because food is prepared fresh:
- Same-day or last-minute changes may not be possible.
- Catering cancellations may be subject to fees based on timing and production status (see Delivery & Refund Policy).
12) Allergies and Dietary Notes
We may handle common allergens in our kitchen (e.g., peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, shellfish). We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.
13) Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, images, and branding are owned by or licensed to Shai Keecheen and may not be copied without permission.
14) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every item will always be available.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shai Keecheen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order at issue.
16) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
17) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The Effective Date at the top shows the latest revision.
