Ayamase, or Designer Stew, is a spicy flavorful Nigerian stew from the Yoruba people, famous for its distinct green color from green bell peppers and chili peppers, often served with Ofada rice (unpolished) but also white rice, featuring a base of bleached palm oil, locust beans (iru), crayfish, and assorted meats like cow skin (ponmo) and tripe, with boiled eggs.
